Hello! I’m a multidisciplinary art director & designer living in Toronto.

That’s a bit of a mouthful, isn’t it? I’ll explain what that means in a minute,  but I want to tell you a bit of my story so we can get to know each other first. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been collecting stacks of magazines. I love how it feels to turn each glossy (or matte) page and marvel at the surprise and inspiration each one holds. I followed that love to design school, where I was trained in visual design & communication. In nearly a decade since, I’ve worked for a boutique design firm, in-house and for an ad agency before starting my own business four years ago. I’m now working with clients from all over the world: Germany, New York, California, Alberta, & more. In 2013, my husband and I collaborated on our best project to date, #SashaYuhas. Oh, and once Katy Perry used my popcorn carton design at her movie premiere.

PROCESS / how we work together

The best kind of projects start from good conversations. Because, that’s really why we’re here, right? This is about you, and understanding what you need to tell your story. So, what has that got to do with me? Well, my job has a lot to do with connecting the dots, not just design. You might not realize it, but as soon as our very first conversation starts, I’m associating the details you share about your business, publication or project with your visual voice. I think about the things you like or want or need in icons, fonts, images and palettes. What style of photography will captivate your subscribers? What should someone feel when they look at your branding? What are your followers “first impression” of you online? What is your social media voice broadcasting about your business? I’ll connect the dots, and you can keep being great at what you do.

Whether you’re looking to give your brand some lift, resource a new creative project, or give your magazine a fresh look, I want to create something that allows you to connect with your audience. By the end of a project, I want you to be proud and confident about your brand. And of course, I want you to feel good about how we worked together.
